The city of Raleigh has about a dozen Twitter accounts it uses to keep the community updated about happenings around the city. Unfortunately, Twitter's algorithms mean that even if you follow a Raleigh government account on Twitter, you might not see its tweets. On the other hand, if you collect Twitter tweets and present them outside of Twitter's algorithm, it's easy to quickly view all of them without having to visit individual Twitter account pages or keep up with lists.
Nosy Raleigh Twitter Gov uses IFTTT to aggregate Tweets from local and state government Twitter accounts and publish them as a dataset via Google Sheets, which you can access via this menu. Choose from over a dozen city, county, and state feeds. Tweets are republished just as they are aggreated from Twitter and each listing has a link back to the original tweet so you can easily see its source.
